Tom began his business career as an owner of a small chain of garden centers in central NY. After 10 years he decided to pivot into a position with a biotechnology company as their east coast sales manager. Three years later he became the director of retail sales for a soil manufacturing company. He started his real estate career on Hilton Head Island in 2023 with Charter One Realty.
